These hackathon terms describe the intended rules for using the MotoTrip Planner prototype. They require legal review before public commercial release.
MotoTrip helps riders plan and organise motorcycle trips. Route, weather, costs and points of interest are planning aids only and may be incomplete or outdated.
You remain responsible for your vehicle, safe riding, traffic rules, road closures, weather conditions and every real-world decision. Never operate the application while riding.
Keep your login credentials secure and provide accurate information. Do not upload unlawful content or use the service to harm others or interfere with the platform.
Any hotel, restaurant, activity or transport booking offered through a partner link is made with that partner under its own terms. MotoTrip will clearly disclose commission-bearing links before they are used.
Pricing, subscriptions, governing law, operator details and support contacts must be finalised with legal review before MotoTrip is made publicly available.
