Data we process

Account details, rider preferences, motorcycles, trip plans and saved places are processed to deliver your workspace.

Current location is requested only after you choose to use a location-based map feature. It is not collected in the background by the web or mobile application.

When you buy or restore MotoTrip Pro, we process the purchase state and the pseudonymous account identifier needed to apply your entitlement. MotoTrip does not receive or store your payment-card number.

Why we use it

We use account and trip data to perform the service you request, secure the account and respond to support requests. If you ask for an AI-assisted plan, the trip data necessary for that request is processed to generate the result. Optional analytics and notifications require your prior choice.

Service providers

Data is hosted and processed by selected infrastructure providers, including Supabase for authentication and persistence. Map tiles, routing, weather and place-search providers receive only the coordinates or search terms required for a request. RevenueCat processes subscription entitlement data; the applicable app store or Stripe processes payment details. Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights are loaded only after analytics consent.

After analytics consent, MotoTrip may store a limited conversion record containing an allowlisted event name and approved experiment campaign, linked to your account only to measure the upgrade flow. It never contains an e-mail address, route, location history or payment data.

If you enable ride reminders in the mobile app, OneSignal receives a device subscription and the pseudonymous account identifier needed to deliver notifications. You can decline or revoke notification permission in your device settings.

Retention and deletion

We keep account content while your account is active. An account deletion flow will erase or anonymise associated personal data unless retention is necessary for a legal obligation or a legal claim.

Your rights and contact

You may request access, correction, portability, restriction, objection or erasure of your personal data through the support page. Before public launch, this notice must be completed with the legal controller identity, registered address and applicable supervisory-authority details.
